WHO IS EDUARDO OSEGUEDA?
Eduardo Osegueda is a renowned expert in Mind–Body Inner Power with nearly four decades of experience helping tens of thousands of people transform their health, relationships, careers, and lives.
From a childhood of fragile health and emotional challenges, Eduardo built resilience through sports, martial arts, and a deep connection between mind and body. He thrived for years—graduating summa cum laude while teaching others the principles that enabled him to turn adversity into strength. But in 1998, specialists in Europe gave him only months to live. Instead of surrendering, he refined a life philosophy that brought deep mental and emotional healing, then traveled to China to study the mind–body discipline on which the world’s largest medication-free hospital was founded—an experience that allowed him to heal his body as well.
Today, Eduardo is celebrated as a transformational coach, mentor, and teacher. His methods empower people worldwide to awaken their self-healing capacity, build meaningful relationships, and create lives of extraordinary purpose, vitality, and health.

EARLY LIFE
Eduardo fell sick at two years old with a super aggressive bacterial infection that attacked his
respiratory tract and put his life at risk many times during childhood. At age five, his liver
started manifesting damage due to the large doses of antibiotics and other medication. At age
7, a doctor managed to lower the amounts of medication and keep him stable.
He started getting into sports as a way to strengthen his mind and body, which helped
immensely. He was able to have a functional life for many years with ups and downs. Still, he
became the top student almost every school year and the quarterback of his American-
Football team.
At the same time, he also went deep into meditation and martial arts, earning black belts in
different styles, and started teaching at age 18. The number of his students grew like wildfire.
He has studies in Business Administration at ITAM -Mexico’s most prestigious business
university-, and graduated summa cum laude as the best student of his generation in Graphic
Design from top Mexican University Anahuac del Sur.
Things seemed to be going well, but eventually his health issues got more complicated and forced him
to abandon his martial arts and career as a graphic designer in order to devote entirely to
researching his health and trying to save his life.
CAREER
After being a victim of medical negligence and medical abuse on more than one occasion, he decided to take responsibility for his health.
He was accepted into Medical School at Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico but dropped out immediately after realizing that he was about to embark on a long journey that would give him the same tools that his best and most ethical doctors had been trying on him quite unsuccessfully for his entire life. He then decided to research and be treated with alternative and complementary medicine in Mexico, the U.S., and Europe.
He tried kinesiology, magnetotherapy, homeopathy, TCM, psychotherapy, special diets, different QiGong forms (pronounced chee-Kung), TaiJi (pronounced Tai-chee), meditation, holistic medicine, and biological medicine, but nothing seemed to work.
After being diagnosed terminal, he refined his unique life philosophy that brought deep mental and emotional healing. He then traveled to China in 1999 in a last attempt to maybe improve his health in some way or make his transition less painful.
He received special training on ZhiNeng QiGong (pronounced tzi-neng-chee-kung), the most
prestigious mind-body system in China, since it was the most scientifically researched and the
one with the highest demonstrated effectiveness. ZhiNeng QiGong was acknowledged as the
#1 mind and body practice by the Chinese Government, the Chinese Bureau of Science, the Chinese Ministry of
Public Health, and the Chinese Physical Education Committee. It was also the only thing used
at Hua Xia ZhiNeng QiGong Center, known as the world's largest medicine-free hospital.
At the foot of China's most sacred mountain, Taishan (UNESCO world heritage), he graduated with honors as a ZhiNeng QiGong instructor under Wang Xin Ying Laoshi's supervision, the highest authority there. She explicitly asked him to bring and expand this body-mind system to the Western world.
He didn't accept the commission initially, but when he completely got rid of all disease in
his body, his life-long mission to serve others was re-ignited and went back to teaching. This time, he had all the information anyone needs to heal mind, body and emotions.
He founded Fuerza Integral (translates as Integral or Integrative Force) in the year 2000 after
returning from China, which soon became the largest community of ZhiNeng QiGong practitioners in the Western
Hemisphere.
Since then, he has personally trained tens of thousands of students from all walks of life, helping the ill improve their health and heal completely in many cases, and helping the healthy improve all areas of their lives..
The list includes many
entrepreneurs, amateur, olympic and professional athletes, public figures, health professionals, journalists and scientists who have significantly improved their performance and success in their fields and the quality
of their lives.
He has been a keynote speaker for The National Cancer Institute in Mexico on various
occasions and trained hundreds of it's patients.
The Institute conducted scientific research on many of them and obtained remarkable results
presented in New Mexico at the Symposium Of Integrative Oncology in 2014.
Eduardo has given keynote lectures in English and Spanish on wellness, mindfulness, ZhiNeng
QiGong, and human development in Mexico and abroad.
In 2017 he was acknowledged as the #1 Western expert by the two deputy directors of the world's largest medication-free hospital and other high authorities.
Magazines such as Forbes, Men's Health, Management Today, H, Joy, Elle, Balance, and
newspapers like Reforma, Excelsior, El Heraldo, and El Universal, to mention a few, have
published articles and interviews with Professor Eduardo. He was an editorial advisor for the
Reforma newspaper and has been interviewed on radio and TV in the United States and Mexico by many of the most prominent journalists and broadcasters.
HYLT Fuerza Integral
Eduardo founded in Mexico HYLT Fuerza Integral in the year 2000. It is his first Institute for Human Development. He later founded the INNER POWER INSTITUTE in the United States of America.
Through both institutes, his mission is to provide the best resources and products available for people to significantly improve every aspect of their life and their health.
He has created the largest community of ZhiNeng QiGong practitioners in the Western world.

Giving Back
Eduardo's mission goes beyond his students' healing. Ever since he was ill, he has been a
devoted philanthropist. He has supported a large number of NGOs throughout the years, both
financially and as a volunteer.
He has brought education on organic agriculture to large groups of farmers in Mexico,
promoting responsible and sustainable practices.
He has made enormous efforts to preserve
the oceans, jungles, and wildlife of the planet.
For more than ten years, his main activities have been on the lines of supporting PANTHERA,
an international NGO based in New York devoted to the conservation of the world's wild cat
species and their ecosystems.

Personal Life
Eduardo is a family man, married to an outstanding woman and personal hero, Lorena Noriega.
Together they have two amazing girls and live happily and grateful in the United States of America.
He loves nature, adventure, extreme sports, jumping, playing, hiking, painting, snorkeling,
scuba diving, learning, growing, serving, singing, eating, smelling, exploring, music, movies,
and is a collector of music, art, and indigenous art crafts… He just loves life!!!
